He isn't talking about ALL aliens, just illegal ones, paid in cash, not paying taxes, using medical services and sending the money back to their country. LEGAL aliens work HARDER to take the steps to be legal. Why should they be trampled on when they sacrificed even MORE to do it RIGHT.

The House version of the stimulus bill did contain explicit language to bar employment of illegal immigrants in these construction projects. However the Senate deliberately took this language & E-verify out.
